At Midlands Mental Health Clinic our aim is to enhance the lives and, more specifically, the mental well-being of as many people as possible. Both education and treatment are central tenets of our approach. Based primarily in three locations: Tullamore, Co Offaly , Portlaoise, Co Laois and Mullingar, Co Westmeath. We also cater to the mental health needs of individuals and groups from all over Ireland.
The Midlands Mental Health Clinic provides a wide range of services, including counselling sessions; programmes on Anger Management, Assertiveness, Mindfulness and Anxiety/Depression; supervision for students and professionals in the sector, and other relevant informational workshops for groups.
